signs of labor?

So all afternoon I had been feeling kinda nauseous. 9o clock rolled around and I started getting "Braxton hicks" every 10 mins or so (not painful). I went to bed around 10:30. Suddenly woke up at 11:45am with the urge to pee, only to turn around and have the poops, then to projective vomit 6 times within seconds of having diarrhea. Could this be a sign of labor? Or just the flu? I haven't puked in so many years!
