Rasberry leaf tea??

Anyone else experience stron BH after drinking it?? I am 38 weeks and 2 days. I drank a cup of it and started getting strong BH. 🤔 is this normal?

Yes this is normal. However, be careful not to drink too much as I've read it can cause stress to the baby if your BH become too strong. I am 40+5 and have a maximum of 3 cups a day spread out over the course of the day.

Some would say that it's actually supposed to cause BH, so yes, it's normal. It "tones" your uterus.

I drink raspberry leaf tea on the daily since 33 weeks. Not sure I've ever noticed getting BH from it. I'm now 39w5d.
