What are the chances

So last month I did my first round of clomid and appeared not to ovulate at all, or at least nit on the select days that I checked anyway. My period came late and yada yada yada

So it is january and I tried to refill my clomid prescription but was unable to because my doctor is a jerk. So basically I came to terms with I may not have a shot this month of getting pregnant. My period was only like three days instead of five like normal but whatever.

However just for shits and giggle,s,I did decide to take ovulation tests and they were positive when I took them. First time I ever peed on anything and it came back positive lol.

Anyway, I was just thinking in my head what would be the chances that I wound up pregnant this time even though I wasn't on clomid? More wishful thinking than anything but still…
