engagement and raspberry leaf tea?

Feeling lots of pressure since 31 weeks now 32 weeks, had midwife this am and asked when baby usually get engaged and she said for second time + mums baby doesn't usually get engaged until labour and I don't want it happened yet as all I'll feel is presure now until baby's here! But feel as through baby's already engaged with the pain and pressure I'm feeling!! Now worrying about baby coming too early! 
Ask asked about having raspberry leaf tea was going to start now with 1 tea a day for 2 week then 2 teas a day for 3 week and 3 a day for next 3 weeks, but she's said not to have any until 37 week! I've got 100 tea bags at home won't use all of them in 3 weeks. When are you ladies starting to take it? I can't remember when I started with my son.

I used raspberry leaf tea before I got pregnant and during my whole pregnancy and now using it again not for pregnancy but just for the benefits. Did not put me into early labor or anything.

Birthing class nurse said no earlier than 36 weeks (when it is deemed safe to deliver).

My midwife said not to start it earlier than 36 weeks, and wait to 37 to be extra safe. She said some women take it and go right into labor, and others take it and primrose oil and carry to 42 weeks, but better safe than sorry. My baby also engaged early and I was having tons of pressure but she eventually moved up and gave me some relief. My midwife said its normal to go back and forth, especially the 2nd time because your muscles aren't as taught as with #1.

I took the tea I made it strong two bags I was 38 weeks and my water broke later that night only two hour labor . I would definitely wait until 37 weeks I truly believe it started my labor .

My baby (2nd) has been heads down since 28 weeks and some days, she goes deeper in my pelvis and I feel the pressure that you describe. Other days, she's higher up and I have no issues. I was worried too because with my first, I was dilated at 30 weeks (carried him to term) so my OB checked and she said all is good and no worries (unless I get contractions 😅).

I also ordered too much raspberry leaf tea by mistake and couldn't return it. I read it helps with breastfeeding and I don't mine the taste so I'm hoping to drink it after birth. I might give some to my sister who is TTC. It supposedly helps with that.
I'm taking 1 every day and will increase to 2 at 36 weeks then maybe 3 at 38 weeks. I didn't want to take it excessively due to my history of preterm contractions. I'm surprised your midwife told you 37 weeks, most seem to advise its use from early on.
