Had to say goodbye to my pregnancy today. I was 6 weeks along. Went in last week for my first ultrasound and my Dr. said that something seemed strange and wanted me to come in for a follow up (today.) So I went in and they did another ultrasound and told me that the sac was implanted in my cervix, which could not continue to term. Ironically enough after I left the office this morning, my body started miscarrying naturally. Went back in just now for follow up blood work and they had to give me a shot of methotrexate in my rear. Now they will monitor the levels as they go down. I feel so defeated, so heartbroken. Did this happen to anyone else?
