How often do you change your babies diaper?

When it gets squishy. Sometimes it feels squishy and it's barely wet or as soon as she's done pooping.

I change him before every feeding (uness he doesn't need it, which is rare), and also right away if he poops

As needed, usually every 2hrs or so.

As needed so every 1-2 hours.  Usually two hours it's completely full.  And if I wait an hour and a half then it's a good sized diaper she's got her business done and taken care of, and doesn't pee on the changing table.

Probably  every  3-4 hours unless there's a poop. But usually  if she's fed and has recently  napped and she's still fussy ill change her because  its probably  her diaper  bothering her.

Roughly every 3-4 hours during the day. She's sleeping a good chunk of the night at the moment so I'm not disturbing her unless she gets fussy. Mama needs her sleep! Generally we do it before a feeding as she spits up if you do it afterwards.

Unless she poops in which case we deal with that as soon as we possibly can.

Every 3 hours, unless she soaks through. I've done this since she was born and she's 3 months now. Works fine for us. But I do make sure to put on diaper cream every single time I change her, and I wipe her very very thoroughly. I'm not afraid to really get in there for the sake of my baby's health and comfort.
