BFP on first round of clomid ?

Question

How likely is it to get a BFP on your first round of clomid . This is my first round I'm on my 4th pill and day 6of my cycle . I have PCOS so the ovulation sticks don't really work but I'm still peeing on them :) and we are planning on BDing every other day starting today . 
Ps I have long cycles anywhere from 50-70 days

It worked for me on my second cycle taking it each time. I've done Clomid twice to get pregnant with my son who is 4 1/2 and then again this fall but it ended in a miscarriage. Hope it works well for you. I have PCOS as well. I am taking some meds from Fairhaven Health and I just got my period on my own for the first time in almost a year.
