Implantation bleeding?

Can implantation blood be bright bright red with some clots? Or did I just spot randomly? It's possible I have endometriosis (not confirmed yet) so would that have something to do with it? I mean it was more than a few drops... And it was 10 dpo - 11 dpo.

Not normally. Its usually brown or light pink, and it isn't really bleeding. Its more like spotting.
