Long story so beware:

About a year and a half ago, I met a man. We worked together(first mistake) and off the bat I knew he had a girlfriend. Surprisingly I knew his gf from a former circle I grew up in. Any way, we ended up spending a lot of time together both before during and after work. One night we slept together. My whole world flipped upside down. Idk what it was but I get this deep sense of a connection.  We kept that relationship going for a year. Where every day I was reminded I was nothing more than a side chick. But on my end. I loved him. He asked multiple times for time and guess what, he picked her. So I was fuller. No phone call or text or reason why. Just ended it. A side chick is just that, regardless or the feelings she gains. He'll never pick you. And if he did it to his "main chick" he can do it to you

The way I see it, time or no time ultimately he is just trying to figure out a way to break it off with said "side chick". That's the problem, you don't have a say so. The role is simple, listen to my lies, come around when I say it's cool, sex is a must, and don't make a fuss when I leave because you knew what you were getting yourself into. 
ladies we have to do better. Why settle for less. Shame on the person who has knowledge but does not use it to their advantage. Mide as well lay down and let him Walk right over you. That's how it will end any way. You should give yourself some time to figure out what's going on on your end.
