Please help😩
My LO is 19weeks old and since going through the 4 month sleep regression she is not sleeping well at all anymore! I know I need to break some of her habits, but I'm not sure how. Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated. So here's our typical night:
BF:530pm
Oatmeal:6 (Doctor had us add this instead of going up on her reflux med)
Bath:7pm
Bottle:7:15
Book:7:30
I rock her to sleep😞 but she's Sleeping by 7:45ish (I've tried laying her down drowsy instead of fully asleep but she screams)
She gets swaddled with 1 arm out(she hasn't rolled over yet, but I leave 1 out just in case it happens to happen during night
Around 9ish she wakes up and cries- I put the pacifier back in her mouth, and this happens about 3 times until she's up around 1am for her first feeding.
I nurse her and she goes right back to bed.
She usually needs the pacifier put back in her mouth 1-2 more times until she wakes up around 5-6am for another feeding
Then she goes back to sleep until 7:30 but this time it takes her longer to fall asleep
I know she has a ton of negative sleep associations (pacifier, swaddle, rocking to sleep) but I'm not sure how to break those and if I should do them all at once 🤔
Any input would be greatly appreciated! Mama needs some good night sleep!
Oh and during the day she naps for 45min-1hr at a time about 3 times a day. Again with rocking her to sleep😕
