Finding out gender tips?

We are finally here! The day of our anatomy scan to see our little one growing and developing healthily :)
We also would like to find out the gender and I was wondering if you guys have any tips on things I should do through the day to help get the baby moving and/or in a good position?

The advice given to me was for a week before drink LOTS of water so the fluid in your uterus is clear then 30 minutes before the appointment drink something sugary (I drank coolaid) for the baby to move. The sugar idea was great my baby was moving everywhere and her butt was in the air so we saw almost immediately!

A friend of a friend told me that an hour before your appointment, drink a full glass of orange juice!!
