Ovulating

Is it possible to not ovulate a cycle? My cycle's are so irregular due to being on Mirena for a year and then miscarrying back in December after being off Mirena for only 2 months prior to getting pregnant, but I thought I had a pretty regular cycle this month, but maybe wrong. Glow says my cycles are usually 34 days long so with that being said, I had my period January 11th through the 16th, and according to this app, I would've ovulated starting today through the 1st of February and my next period would be on February 15th. But, today, yesterday, and for the past several days, I've had EWCM, but my cervix has been high and opened, until 2 days ago. If my fertile day started today, wouldn't that mean my cervix would need to be opened still? I've had sex just about everyday from January 16th until now. Maybe Glow has my days wrong as to when I'm fertile and its just not as long as a cycle??
