Does your SO smoke weed?

Yep, he has since he was 12. And he has a bachelors in finance, a 145 IQ and makes $70k a year at his job and just keeps climbing. He works hard to take care of all of us so I don't have a problem with it. Weed is not just for "college kids" and "trashy people".

Only occasionally. I hate it. I find it super trashy. Unless it's for serious medical issues, it's just trashy and repulsive to me. So I just tell him not to tell me when he does it.

Both of us are heavy weed smokers 
We live a normal life.  
Both of us are goal oriented pretty stable life.
We have two amazing kids

He does vape cannabis oil on occasion. But we live in Colorado so it's legal. It doesn't bother me.

Yep, and it's never been a problem the whole 4.5 years we've been together. I can see how it might be a problem for other couples, financially and in terms of communication and behaviour and stuff, but my husband has always been responsible with it. Doesn't spend too much on it, doesn't behave irresponsibly or unsafely. And it definitely helps him unwind and relax when he's stressed/upset/angry. I used to smoke it myself (not as regularly) and it made a huge difference with my anxiety. I no longer smoke now I'm pregnant, though, and my husband doesn't smoke it around me, either.
