Gbs test???

Question

Did anybody else come back positive for gbs.  If yes what did u think, what were u most worried about, and how was labor and delivery and after ?

Had it with my second. I was worried, but after coming down initially I knew everything would be okay. The give you penicillin through your iv during labor. They like it to be in your system for a minimum of 3 hours to cross over to baby. My labor alone was 3 hours and they didn't get it in until I was already an hour and a half in. So my daughter had to stay an extra day for observation, but we were both happy and healthy.

I had it with my 2nd, didn't think much of it. They gave me antibiotics during labor. Delivery was great, baby was healthy.
