Today I'm 29.5 wks and had an u/s yesterday. Baby boy weighs 4lbs and I was measured 2wks ahead. I know that both the weight and measurement are estimated but the only would it be for sure is when I have him. I've been on makena injections to help reduce preterm so if I make it to 36wks I get another u/s and they'll tell me if I should take a c section in consideration.
