Weight
I'm scared to gain to much weight. I was fit for a long time. Played sports but weighted 160 of pure muscle when I got pregnant. Now I weigh 168 and I lost a lot of muscle cause I wasn't able to continue my sports as I played contact sports.. I just feel horrible and over weigh (Plus I'm only 5'0)... Any support.. Please. 😭. Has anyone been though this or feel like this??..
