When did you're breasts start leaking

I'm 36 weeks. I noticed about a month ago that if I squeeze a few clear droplets might come out. But not enough to call it leaking. I guess now they do leak when I don't notice because I get set flakes around my nipples. I just started using lanolin and it's great

Two weeks AFTER my daughter was born. .. sigh...forced me to formula feed,  after trying EVERYTHING there was to try...even had donated milk from my hospital. ..my daughter broke out in hives..
