canker sore on tongue. what's safe to use?

It hurts so bad. I'm 18 weeks pregnant. What can I use to relieve the pain or get rid of it completely?

Warm or hot enough that you can handle salt water solution use it as you would mouth wash,   Or use an antiseptic mouth wash. I usually go the salt water route first and if that doesn't help I use the mouth wash

Make a baking soda and water paste. Place on cotton ball. Place cotton ball on infected area for a few minutes. Allow to dry as much as possible. Rinse out mouth with water. Feel better soon! ❤
