Half baked! Although I think our little babe is perfect, the last ultrasound found a tiny gap in between one of the heart chambers (Muscular VSD: A heart defect due to an abnormal connection between the lower chambers of the heart). The doctor was very reassuring that it mostly works itself out before (or a little after) birth and that I should not worry too much. Easier said than done! But after some research and speaking with people that either had a child with it, or had it themselves, I'm feeling a lot more positive for our little Jonah 💙. We have another ultrasound next week that will tell us a little more and hopefully show that the gap is closing 🤞🏻🤞🏻 He has been a very active boy this week, and is now kicking hard enough for Daddy to feel him!
