gas pain or something worse?
I'm 12 & 3 days pregnant and today I feel really bloated and I have a dull ache either side low down in my abdomen. Also, my stomach keeps making really loud gurgling popping noises. I'm really worried as the aches seem to be low down on either side and all around my stomach. Not sure if these are gas pains or something else.
