What do you think? Any advice?

I have been getting late out of work all this week.

I have a new boss and a lot of work to do.

I explained to him how I don't think is fair that employees have to stay late when it is not their fault the amount of work.

"Is your responsability, if you are not ok with it you choose the wrong career" he says.

I am an accountant.

More responsibilities for me are coming if I am not willing to give up.

I am young and I want to learn but I don't want to be a slave of a company. I want variety in my life, no just work.

Not increase on my payment have been discussed and the place is so far from home.

Boss#2 and Owner#1 is so oppressive, saying things as 'I AM THE BOSS, IT IS GOING TO BE DONE AS I SAY AND THAT'S IT'.
