Okay I've looked all over google and not finding the answer I'm looking for so I came to all you mamas!! I hope I don't sound stupid BUTT...I'm 20 weeks 2 days first pregnancy. I have this pain in my right breast going from my nipple outward in one area. It's hot and the pain feels deep. There is a pump and it's very hard . Like the size of a mandrin orange lol. Feels very much like the symptoms I've read about. The only thing is that I haven't leaked  milk yet in my pregnancy . THE QUESTION IM ASKING IS can you have a blocked duct when you haven't leaked milk yet ?
