Also any advice I just got discharged today and I'm so sad that she is still there and will be for a couple weeks from what they said. I want to go to the hospital and stay there with her. Hospital that she is at is 15-29 min ride this is hard. I want to get in my car right now and be with her and it's the middle of the night. It was easier being at the hospital as I could see her whenever I wanted I just had to go in the elevator and I would see her in minutes. I'm crying right now wondering what she is doing if she is ok if the nurses are watching her. I hate this.

Also I haven't produced milk and I'm pumping and doing hand expression to help with that any tips ?
