help on makeup!!
What do you guys think the best mascara (at Ulta) is? I was told to steer away from better than sex by too faced and was recommended the lights, camera, lashes by tarte. I just want some other peoples opinion. I have long lashes already I just need them to look fuller/need more volume. 💁🏼
