prune juice concentrate from cvs

My son is almost 3 months old and is constipated. I bought some prune juice concentrate and gave him half the dose because 3ml is for 6months and up. Said to ask doctor for 0-6months. I forgot to mix it with milk when I gave it to him and just gave it to him in syringe... will he be okay?
