IN PAIN 😭😭😭😓😓😓😓

I picked up a heavy ass box. Not knowing it was heavy because it was small, I picked it up with one hand and it flipped over my thumb nail (acrylic) & now it hurts like a bitch!! What should I do??? Should I take the acrylic nail off or leave it on and just ice it?
