16 weeks and slight bleeding HELP PLEASE

Okay so my fiancé and I had sex for the first time in a while it hurt a little bit at first but quickly stopped hurting. Then as he was about to finish, he starts going a little faster and harder. I could feel him going too deep and it hurt so I told him it hurt but he was about to finish so he finished before we stopped. We went probably a full minute like that while it hurt. And then I had some spotting super pink and faint. It was probably just the inside of my vagina, right? I just want to be sure the baby is okay. My vagina burns now (which happens if he cums inside me sometimes) and the lower part of my stomach that he was hitting hurts really bad... is this abnormal? Should I talk to my doctor? Please help me! I don't want to put my baby in danger
