Head Aches!
Today I have experienced one of the worst headaches I have ever had ! I have TMJ so I'm no stranger to severe headaches, but I have never had to battle them without any pain killers! Anyone have any safe remedial that doesn't include me living in a dark room and staying home? I don't have that kind of time !
