I've been feeling crampy and strange and even queasy lately and am 4 months PP, breastfeeding all times except for one feeding a day in the early morning where my husband gives baby a bottle.. not sure why I feel unwell as the last time I felt this way I was pregnant, wondering if it's my period coming back? Did any of you feel ill before your first PP period or what was your experience? Also, was it very painful the first one back? Just wondering what to expect ...
