32 weeks and sleeping on my back anyone else?

I don't do it on purpose, but I have waken up from being on my back instead of my side. It's so hard to get comfortable now.

I started out a left side sleeper even before pregnancy but now I cannot fathom sleeping on my left side it's so uncomfortable. I find my right side with my right arm up under my head and a comforter under that or laying on my back the most comfortable. Positioning makes me outta breath but it's so much more comfortable.but I do worry about the baby because I'm sleeping in two positions I shouldn't be.

It makes me so nauseous 😒, but I prop up pillows so I can do it on an angle at least. Being on my side all night hurts me back.

I sleep with a temperpedic wedge that puts me at maybe a 45 degree angle on my back w a pillow on each side. Super comfy and my dr says very safe. I'm 34 w 4 d and been doing this since about 20 w. Total lifesaver and helps w heartburn too

I've been sleeping with a pillow behind my back and slightly tucked under my side, with another small pillow under my bump. So I'm sleeping at an angle, not quite all the way on my back. It's honestly the most comfortable position I can sleep in at 33 weeks, without laying completely on my back.

I'm 32 weeks also and for a few weeks now I'm only comfortable on my back too. I never even use my snoogle anymore because laying on my side makes my stomach hurt.

I want to sleep on my back but I've been told by both of my obgyn that it cuts off blood supply to the baby.

I typically sleep on my sides but sometimes my hips and back hurt way too much. Laying on my back with my knees bent, feet close to my bum helps relieve the pressure. I'm not worried about my artery being pressed down on because I've never had any issues with dizziness or nausea while laying in my back.
