Stroller style for twins?

Question

So my husband and I are in a bit of a tug of war about which style of double stroller to get for our soon-to-be-born twins. One of us wants an in-line and one wants a side by side. Thoughts?

Do you ever take the bus or train alone? Inline. 
Jogging or strolling through a park? Side by side.
Grocery store or store with smaller isles? Inline.
Storage and foldablity? (Personally, inline)
How heavy of a stroller are ou actually willing to push? Think about it, a 30lb stroller with two roughly 9lb kids, plus the 10lb car seats? Way too heavy for my liking. You'd want something smooth to push and that's light but durable.

I plan on getting the phil&teds navigator because it can be used about 21 different ways. And you can use practically any car seat you want with it, they have a chart on their website. I'm going to be using half for my daycare and half for personal use and because it's inline I'll be able to take it on the bus easier, and it folds down so small, it's only 23" wide.

I am not a parent but worked in childcare. we had twins in our room and they would argue almost everyday about who got to go in the front or back of the in line stroller. that should be a strike against them surely!

The City Mini is a double, side by side that is no wider than a wheelchair so it can fit through all handicap entrances. I live in a large city and everyone here has one. They're awesome!

I don't have twins but I will have 2 under 2 and I'm going inline with the uppababy vista. I have a hard enough time as it is, navigating through stores and crowds with a single stroller. I would feel bad for the general public if I were to get a side by side!!!!! I would test drive them and see what you feel most comfortable with and what fits your lifestyle best.

I have heard terrible things about side by sides not fitting through the door and being too wide.

I said in-line only because I figured it wod be easier to fit through doors and such.

If they are twins, i believe they should be equal. Not one behind and one in front, both side by side!(:  Good luck!!
