Try exercise (prenatal yoga, physical therapy, pilates, chiropractor) before wearing any support. If you start wearing it now, you won't give your body a chance to strengthen to support the baby. Once you've gained 20-25 lbs, hit the third trimester, or your physical therapist/chiropractor says to wear one... then it's time!
