I have hardly suffered with morning sickness, I'm almost 13 weeks pregnant and been sick literally 3 times since I've fell pregnant and on the 3 occasions is because I've over ate so technically wasn't morning sickness.

Since this morning I've been suffering with back pains and pains in my side and it's been getting gradually worse, I've started being sick violently (barely ate today I've only picked) and my side is in absolute agonising pain... any ideas to what it can be 😷😷
