sore lymph nodes

So today I have developed really sore lymph nodes under my jaw. No sore throats or fever or anything, just really tender when I swallow. I'm really hoping it's not a sign of sickness and my body can take care of whatever has found it's way into my system. I'm only 9weeks.

Any remedies?
