When is the best time to have a prenatal massage?

Just wondering what you ladies think. I got a gift certificate for a 1 hour prenatal massage for my birthday, and am wondering when the best time to use it would be. I'm currently 33 weeks

Im a Lisenced massage therapist and anytime is good really.! However after 38wks the therapist can press pressure points during your massage to kind of induce labor..if it works it can kick start labor after 24hr from having your massage .. just a benefit that can be done after 38wks though

Also after 38wks the pressure can be firmer vs before 38wks it's just light pressure almost like being petted 😅
