I thought you had lotion on your stomach and was really confused. It took me a little while to realize it was an ultrasound ! Maybe just tell him what it is before you send it ?

Maybe instead of laying down do a front on picture and then post the baby decal on your stomach so it's clearer instead of from your side at a weird angle....
