my first heartbreak

(Slight trigger warning: mention of cutting and staving) So Im pretty young (15) and I was just broken up with for the first time. Now I've had other partners but I lost feelings in all the other ones. So basically my boyfriend said his anxiety was too bad to he in a relationship, which I completely understand  and I'm glad he is taking care of his mental health, but it still hurts. I was wondering if anyone had any health coping skills for me to deal with this? So far I've been drinking, cutting, starving, and smoking. I need ways to cope with the pain other than self destruction.
