What Does This Qualify As?...

I recently had a few sexual encounters with a friend... and ever since then, I have had some PTSD triggers from a previous sexual assault resurface. And for some reason, I could not understand why. It had been three years since the incident and two years since I've had those triggers resurface. So why now? Well my friend sent me an article about what counts as rape even if you were taught that it didn't... and I kind of freaked out because some of those things had happened to me. So what I am trying to figure out what this means. I mean, I don't THINK it's rape, but I really have no idea and I need outside opinions..
