If their doctor deems it necessary?

I'm not being a bitch, the reason I say this is because I've been in the vehicle with many different elderly drivers and many of them either cut people off, accidentally run stop signs, drive 35mph in a 65mph zone, drive in the middle of the road, or run others off the road, and a lot of it is because they couldn't see.

So do you think that at a certain age, doctors should run a test on the elderly drivers to determine if they should retake their driving test?? Like checking eyesight and their mental health state. Not just for the safety of other drivers, but also for their own safety. Because many of the older drivers won't give up their license by just being told that they don't need to be driving.
