No. I don't find that okay. There are other ways a man can show dominance in the bedroom. To me, that's turning violence into pleasure. With sex, there's so many things you can do (with consent)...and so many things I'm not into 😜. I'm also a no on hair pulling...for the same reason I don't find it appealing to be choked.
