Another Miscarriage

Found out I was pregnant on the 21st. Line showed really good on first response and on a Walmart cheapie. Well tested everyday and the line has faded to nothing now.. pretty sure I'm experiencing another miscarriage because ER said my levels was only and 8 and 5 is the cut off. I don't know what to do anymore.
