how many ppl have gotten pregnant tracking their ovulation?

I am being told by people and reading on here the minute you stop really trying you get pregnant? I track my ovulation using opks as my spouse works out of town so he has to know days to come home. How many ladies got pregnant tracking as opposed to not tracking and just going with it ?

Honestly it helped me because I was ovulating at different times every month!  TTC for 6 months and just got my BFP!!!!! They work just don't overly obsess about using ALL the methods of tracking...use one and stay the course!  Wishing you loads of luck and blessings

I would like to know the same thing,Last month was the first month trying and I used OPKS,And AF showed up on the 21st,So maybe this month we won't "try" as hard and see what happens! Good luck to you ☺

I didn't ever check to see if I was ovulating I just went by the tracker on here. It says my period usually came on the 9th but it was always 2 days late.. but in September it actually came on the 9th! We had sex all throughout my fertility days and on October 9th I found out I was pregnant. I am now 18+5

I was trying for about 6 months and wasn't getting pregnant so I decided to buy ovulation tests off of Amazon. I started tracking in December then found out I was pregnant this month.  So I'm 6 weeks pregnant now.
