Did you get pregnant after a HSG (hysterosalpingogram)?

I recently had a HSG. I watched the screens as it was done. My uterus filled fine and so did my right tube. My left tube was slow to fill and took awhile before suddenly bursting through. (I'm not sure if this indicates that there was a slight blockage or not)

I'd heard that some people were more likely to get pregnant after a HSG but is this only if they have definitely unblocked your tubes or is this in people whose tubes appeared clear too?

Please comment and let me know how quickly you got pregnant. ... I only have this one month before my husband goes on medication and we have to take a 6+ month break from ttc. I'm hoping to god that I might get pregnant this month.
