Is it possible that I had a miscarriage?

I had my period about 2 weeks ago. I've had sex a few times in between unprotected of course cause we are trying.

The last few days, I've been hurting in my lower abdomen so badly i could barley walk and then this morning I passed what looked like a thick red clot... I had a tiny bleeding and then nothing.

The pain has kinda went down...

I have a history with cysts on my ovaries so I've had bad cramps like that near, during, and after ovulation but don't have insurance currently due to just getting hired full time at VW. Please help with any knowledge!
