I have almost 300 oz of frozen bm in my freezer when I decided to use my bm from when I first started breastfeeding (my daughter 4 1/2 months ) and it's smelled awful it wasn't a sour smell but it definitely smelled different than what it normally smells like I thawed out a few more from different dates and same 😭 called lactation consultant and she says it seems like high lipase is the problem I had never heard of this till now.....does anyone else have this problem and how did you deal with the issue ? Do I have to throw away my frozen bm ?!😢
