I smoke everyday, usually just once before bed because it helps me sleep. On my days off work I might smoke a couple times during the day; just depending on how I feel. It helps a lot with my anxiety and moods  more so than most medications I've been on.

I'm pretty comfortable driving if I've just had a couple puffs but if I smoke an entire bowl there is no way I'm getting behind the wheel.

I sleep a gram before school, 2-3 grams after school, and a gram before bed almost every single day

i personally take a hit when i have a headache cramps or can't sleep. 
the stuff i get is medical
