Anatomy Ultrasound

My doctor scheduled my anatomy ultrasound for tomorrow. I will be 18 weeks and 6 days fetal age but they say I am 19 weeks gestational age. Anyways, my question is, can they usually tell the gender at that amount of weeks and see the brain and heart well? What was your experience?
