Hemorrhoids

Okay so I have IBS which makes me prone to hemorrhoids but my husband and I did anal a few times for the first time and new a few days later I have a hemorrhoid. I think I got a small on during pregnancy (im 3 months exactly PP) but idk now im worried that I have hemorrhoids because I had anal?? It isnt painful or red or anything but im scared haha HELP
