I suffer from migraines. Take some Excedrin Migraine. Then fill your bathtub or sink with very warm water. Then get an ice pack or frozen bag of vegetables. Sit with your feet and hands in the warm water and put the ice pack on your neck. Take deep breaths as well. Once the water gets cold take the ice pack and go lay in a dark quite room and put it over your eyes.

Nothing works for me when I get them and just take a nap it'll probaly go away

My neurologist gave me magnesium 600 mg a day. And try to get proper medication, if you have it often they are profilactic meds or for an attac triptan. They have side effects so you have to try if it works for you. My advise is go and see a specialist, I waited 10 years which was a mistake.
