Tanning?

I know tanning beds are a no no. But I'm gonna be huge pregnant with twins this summer and so I'm gonna wanna relax in the pool alllllllll the time. I was curious if tanning in natural sun was okay with sunscreen and within moderation. So not ever letting my belly get too hot. Is that okay? Just wanna make sure ahead of time.

Same here!! I'm due in August so I'm gonna be big and pregnant most of the summer.. The community I live in has a pool so I will be spending the majority of my summer there. As long as you're wearing sunscreen and don't stay out for prolonged periods of time you should be fine. Congrats on your twins!

Make sure you wear sunscreen, especially on your face! I was pregnant during the summer and spent a lot of time in the sun. I got major pregnancy mask (freckles all over my face...not a good look). This time, I'll be slathering on the sunscreen!

Wear a good sunscreen and kept hydrated. Once in a while relax in the shade. As long as your core temp doesn't rise (you will sweat of it is) you will be fine.

Our doc said it was ok, just not to burn because it raises or body temperature. I agree, I plan on getting some natural sun. If I'm gonna be huge, I want to have a little color, haha. And hey, vitamin d 😃
